Hosted by New Haven Promise and the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven, PromiseNet 2014 will begin at 2 pm on Nov. 19 and conclude by noon on Nov. 21.
Special hotel rates have been determined and registration has launched. We are also trying to gauge interest in “extended-stay” options, be it a trip to New York or Boston or simply a deeper look at the City of New Haven. The conference has been held in Kalamazoo, Mich. — home of the first Promise program — three times (2008, 2010, 2013) and will return in 2015 in honor of the 10th year of Promise in that city. Denver, Colo., hosted PromiseNet in 2009 and Pittsburgh, Pa., in 2011.
